The Acadiana Society for Human Resource Management (ASHRM) is an affiliate of the national Society for Human Resource Management. (SHRM) We are a non-profit professional association of human resource professionals focused on serving the Acadiana business community.
We have three primary goals:
Support the continued business growth in Acadiana
Serve the human resource professionals
Advance the human resource profession
We accomplish these goals by providing educational opportunities, networking events, and educating the business community on the profession. Currently we have over 300 members representing over 250 Acadiana area businesses.
