Bridging the Talent Gap Employer Survey

Ensuring Acadiana’s employers have the talent needed to thrive is important to us and one of the reasons behind the 55 by 25 initiative. As part of our efforts to support employers, we are asking you to fill out the Bridging the Talent Gap (BTTG) employer survey. This survey will be used to assess the regional talent landscape, identify opportunities for adults to further their education, and improve partnerships between education and industry. The information that you provide will remain strictly confidential. Responses from all participants will be combined, analyzed, and the findings reported only in their aggregate form.
The employer survey is open from now until March 10 at OneAcadiana.org/Survey. It should be completed by HR Directors or other leaders with knowledge of the organization’s workforce needs. HR professionals may be eligible for re-certification credit upon completion of this survey.

The goal of 55 by 25 is to increase the proportion of working-age adults in Acadiana with a postsecondary degree, certificate, or other high-value credential to 55 percent by 2025. You may be eligible to earn 1 recertification credit for your participation in this survey. Upon successful completion,
participants may self-report this activity on their recertification application. For SHRM PDC’s, this will be submitted under the Advance
Your Profession/Volunteering category. For HRCI, this will be submitted under the Professional Achievement/Leadership category.
Participants should keep a copy of the confirmation email for auditing purposes. A pre-approval code will not be provided.
