A banner ad is an excellent way to maintain top-market awareness with your targeted audience of local HR professionals and leaders. All online banners scroll across the bottom of the homepage with a company logo and link to your web site. We are currently featuring our monthly meeting sponsor logos in appreciation of their support.  Stay tuned to learn more about this new opportunity! 

Monthly Meeting Sponsorship

Monthly meetings include one-hour presentations offered at lunch or breakfast to present content relevant to our HR Professionals for continuing education credits.  Topics often extend to be inclusive of audiences from Operations, Finance and Marketing. Networking is encouraged.

A meeting sponsor is introduced to our group and invited to speak for up to 5 minutes to promote their business or service to our membership.  Sponsors may provide promotional materials at each table and will be provided an exhibitor table. Acadiana SHRM will promote the sponsorship in emailed meeting announcements and the events page.  Additional marketing opportunities are offered at elevated sponsorship levels. Meeting Sponsorships are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. 

Community Workshop Sponsorship

Community Workshops are free to the public and offer a variety of topics geared toward HR and Business Professionals. Sponsors are introduced to the group and invited to speak for up to 5 minutes to promote their business prior to the even'ts keynote presentation.  Promotional materials are welcome at each seat.  Sponsoring organization is promoted in our emailed meeting announcements listing the sponsor's name and logo. 

Newsletter Sponsorship

ASHRM Newsletters are distributed on a quarterly basis to over 3,000+ within the Acadiana region.  Sponsors receive one full color, half page advertisement or sponsors may also select include only a clickable logo in the newsletter. 

Annual Conference Sponsorship

The Acadiana Society for Human Resource Management (ASHRM) is comprised of over 350 members, representing over 200 businesses in Acadiana.  Each year, ASHRM holds an Annual HR Conference & Expo during the month of September.  Three sponsorship tiers are offered including booth space, presentation opportunities, marketing, and inclusion in collateral based on sponsor's tier selection.
